  • 1 What is Applied Kinesiology?

AK uses the Triad of Health. That is Chemical, Mental and Structural factors that balance the major health categories. The Triad of Health is interactive and all sides must be evaluated for the underlying cause of a problem. A health problem on one side of the triad can affect the other sides.

1 – Current List

This will be the current list of accepted procedures that will be updated.

We need to change the last section of this page to state “positional statements on procedures under review pending further research”  http://www.icak.com/index.php/what-is-the-icak/icak-boards/standards/39-boards/standards/65-list-of-approved-materials

As we update material these references will disappear and be replaced by an individual document on the topic as approved by the IBORS.

2 – List of current and previously published AK material

This section should list as many educational resources as possible that have been produced over the years on AK. Where possible they should link to sites where this material can be purchased from. Material should be divided under two headings, one with current material with material that provides funding to research at the top of this list and then a second group with material no longer in production/published.

3 – Link to having procedures/modules accepted

This section should provide all the relevant documentation on how procedures are accepted by the IBORS and documentation on the guidelines governing management and acceptance of new modules into the new ICAK education framework we are developing (This document will still need to be produced).

ICAK endorses the use of its skills by licensed health professionals only.
